Riot at King of the Hill

I love team games. And, I love winning.

But, even more sublime is the pleasure of pwning a foul mouthed arrogant prick.

You know the type. Trash talks in the game lobby, and whines like a brat in-game. I imagine his teammates' mini-maps were like Christmas trees, from all the flaring. Stick around for the fight and the colorful chat.

Ang susunod na Battle Report ay ihahatid sa inyo ng ating butihing manlalaro na si kan707. - silentbreacher

Veteran players of 4v4 maps know that the Hochwald Gap is all about opening moves.
It's fast and furious from the get go and everything hinges on establishing a foothold in the middle of the map.

This is not the most exciting game, but there is a lot of helpful specific axis strategy for this particular map that can be seen in this replay.

In this game, the featured Filipino players are Mechwarrior2000 (Panzer Elite) and Fuckito (Wehrmacht), who are among the regular players you will see in the Manila channel almost everyday. (adek!) They are the team who vie for control for the left side of the map while silentbreacher and I push for the right side, and the isolated island where the high resource points are situated.


Mechwarrior's Ketten sprints to the leftmost fuel point nearest to the Allies side and plants a booby trap.

While, Fuckito, a notorious piospammer, spits out Pioneers. By his 6th Pioneer unit, he builds his Kampkraft Centre, and engages a British recon squad supported by a Bren carrier with three pioneers, at the ammo point in the exact middle of the map. Mech joins the fight with his two infatry squads to form a solid front against the British force who decides to split his Bren and Recon squad into two attacking fronts.

Unfortunately, for the Brit (Haddaway1), his Bren is attacked from behind by Fuckito's two other Pioneer's emerging from the HQ. This is the Bren's weakness and with Haddaway leaving his Bren stationary, is quickly finished off. Haddaway1's recon squad doesn't fare better and backs off with only two remaining men and their health precariously low.

Haddaway's teammate, 1thInfantryCompany, offers no support in this area and decides to have his Bren guard his recon squad capping the leftmost ammo point of the map. It's a +5 ammo and not in a strategic point. There must be buried gold somewhere in there.

By now, Haddaway1's second infantry squad has appeared and builds an MG nest close to the Allies main bridge, with the purpose of blocking access to the buildings. The Recon squad also helps in building the MG nest.

Note to British players: British unit build times are not expedited with multiple units

Meanwhile, Mech's Kettengrad has sneaked to the fuel point right beside the Allie's footbridge

Mga Kalakasan at kahinaan:

Allies:Ang mga halimaw na manlalarong sina Mech at Chester bagamat kulang sa suporta sa kanilang mga kakampi ay nagawang punitin ang mga importanteng points ng Wehrmacht, partikular ang Airborne infantry ni Mechwarrior2000. Sa parte naman ni Chester ay naging mahinahon sya sa gitna ng walang sawang atake ng pinagsanib na pwersa nina kan707 at fuckito.
Ang nakita ko lang na kahinaan sa parte ng Allies ay ang mismong mga kakampi nito na mga banyaga dahil hindi ito sumunod sa bilis ng kanilang mga kasamang Pinoy sa unang parte ng laban. Kung hindi ako nagkakamali'y nawala rin sa laban si Chester dahil sya ay nadiskunek sa laro.

Wehrmacht:
Agresibo at walang humpay na pagpigil sa pwersa ni Chester, salamat sa mga makukunat na pioneers ni fuckito at sa suportang inilaan ni kan707 ay napwersa si Chester na lumikas sa ibabang bahagi ng mapa kung saan maaring magpa-lakas sa ekonomiya ng Allies. Sa kabilang banda, masayang nagmasid at sumira ng mga emplacements ang hukbo ni silentbreacher sa tagpong ito habang si badonjo1st naman ay sinikap na hawakan ang mga victory points sa itaas na bahagi ng mapa.
